Best Practices For The Night

 What are the best practices for the night?


1. Always wash your hands and feet before going to bed. You can take a bath if needed.


2 Don't drink water 20 minutes before or after meals. You will see the changes after 10 days.


3. Keep your phone at least 7 feet away from your bed and turn off mobile data. Many studies have shown the negative effects of keeping the phone close.


4. Never look at or think about sexual content before going to bed.


5. Try to avoid using high heels.


6. Never sleep with the lights on.Try to sleep in a dark room.


7. Your sleeping position is very important. Always sleep on your back.


8. Think about your future plans and goals. Think about what you'll be doing tomorrow.
